Walking meditation delivers energy, healing, insights, breath and balance to your day.  Power of Presence Walk (P2Walk) is a mindfully present friend walking along with us. When we are stressed, anxious, over-busy, worried or angry we “meditate” in way that is not positive.  Each of the walking meditation scripts has a theme or focus that can meet you where you are on any given day.  As you walk, the script will guide your meditation practice in 15-minute calming, uplifting and rejuvenating sessions.
